All our electrical installation work is tested and certified in line with current regulations.
In addition we carry out Electrical Installation Condition Report (formerly known as a Periodic Inspection Report) for all domestic, industrial and commercial installations for house-buyers, letting agencies and business owners. We also carry out work for the homeowner who simply wishes to find out if their electrical installations are in safe working order.
An EICR is an in-depth inspection of the electrical installation followed by a comprehensive report detailing recommendations and remedial work.
On completion of testing the property, we provide a detailed electrical installation report. In the case that our electrician’s think that any remedial work or re-wiring is required we will take the time to talk through the process and provide you with a detailed quotation.
